Monday - We're MAD!

So the Senate reconvened today. Did they talk about unemployment? NO they didn't. Apparently, by Sunday, someone will be named to fill Senator Byrd's West Virginia seat. Next week a vote will hopefully be taken - a YES vote.

There are too many of us who have lost benefits. Although I'm not in the 99er category, my unemployment benefits have been suspended between Tier 2 & 3.

We are tired, exhausted, been rejected by prospective employers, we've been called lazy. Personally, I'm tired, no, not tired, exhausted. We are taking a beating at the expense of politicians who, apparently, don't give a damn about us. They refused to make proper jobs, Main Street jobs, available, and now are keeping food off our tables.

Convoy on Washington DC

Keep watching - on Monday, there are a few of us who will decide whether we will need to carpool and convoy to DC. Leave me comments, or write an email, tell us where you are, can you drive, do you need a ride? To be fair, those who might drive will expect to share expenses for gas.
